Plan your journey

Whether Worcester is a short road trip or a long haul flight away, here's all the information you need to make your way to campus.

Travelling to campus

St John's campus sign display directions

All new students will register at St John’s Campus.  If you are staying in City Campus accommodation or University managed accommodation elsewhere, you’ll be directed to where you need to go once you’ve registered.

The postcode for St John’s Campus is WR2 6AJ.  You can find detailed maps, including parking locations, on our campus locations page.  There will also be extra signage across the city to direct you to our campus, and people to point you in the right direction when you arrive.

Before you first arrive on campus please take a lateral flow test.

You are then expected to test regularly if you are attending campus in-person (we suggest at least twice a week).

If you aren’t yet fully vaccinated, you’ll have the chance to visit our on-campus vaccination centres when you arrive. You can get a jab straightaway (no need to book an appointment) or talk to a medical professional if you have questions about vaccinations.

International students

If you are an international student, you can find information about immigration, international induction and how to travel between UK airports and our campuses on our International webpages.

Download our app

Remember to download the University of Worcester Guidebook App on the App Store or Google Play.  This will tell you about events and activities taking place over the Welcome Weekend and your first week.

The app will provide you with campus maps and local information such as shops, banks and travel. You'll also find answers to questions often asked by first year students and who to contact for help and advice.
